Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are pleased to be working with a local, industry-leading leisure home manufacturer who are looking for Caravan Operatives to join them on a longer-term basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who are continuing to increase their production, whilst the rest of the industry makes redundancies. All roles are required on a longer-term basis with the view to joining them on a permanent contract.

​

Our Client is looking for people across a variety of roles and skill sets such as General Operatives, Snaggers, Cabinet Makers, Jiggers, Plumbers, Carpet Fitters. We would also be looking for operatives who have experience across other sectors of the industry.

​

Role Requirements:

• Working on the production line for leisure homes

• Working within a team to meet production deadlines

• Create a safe working environment by following Health and Safety rules and ensuring a clean and tidy work environment

• Safe use of hand and power tools

• Assembly of leisure homes / parts / furniture (role dependent)

• Assisting with the production of leisure homes by collecting materials and taking these to production areas

Person Requirements:

• Ideally have experience within the leisure industry, although not essential

• Will be able to demonstrate transferable skills

• Will have experience of using hand and power tools

​

Role Details:

• Monday - Thursday

• 0730 - 1745

• Overtime rate on Friday

• Longer term position with an opportunity to join the company directly

• Rate shown dependent on role
