Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are working with a local, leading caravan manufacturer who are looking for caravan operatives to join their team as part of our new partnership for 2025 / 2026. 

 

We are looking for operatives who take pride in their work and can be an effective member of the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a local manufacturer who are continuing to increase their production and be at the forefront of caravan manufacturing.

 

Roles required across all aspects of the business, such as but not limited to:

• Cleaners

• Labourers

• Machinists

• FLTs

• Carpet Fitters and everything in between!

All roles are required on a longer term basis with the view of joining the client on a permanent basis after the introduction period

 

Responsibilities: 

• Carrying out general labouring work in the production of caravans; including fitting furniture, fixtures and other internal structures

• Working on a production line covering areas such as fibreglassing / plumbing / electrics and general labouring

• Create a safe working environment by following Health and Safety regulations

• Operate machinery and hand tools in a safe manner

• Assist in the production and installation of caravan units; fitting parts and materials

• Working to meet production quality standards and deadlines

• Create and maintain a clean working environment

• Be prepared to work across departments to support the production process

 

Person requirements:

• Ideally have experience within the leisure industry

• Have experience in manufacturing / construction environments

• Be able to demonstrate transferable skills

• Will have experience / be able to effectively us hand and power tools

 

Role:

• 4 days working week

• Monday - Thursday

• 0730 - 1745/ night shift also available

• Overtime rate on Friday

• Starting rate from £476.19 per week
