Advertisement and Attraction

After gathering the required information, we advertise your vacancy across all major job boards, allowing us to attract top talent who are actively looking for a new role.

We also utilise our internal Recruitment Software to communicate with candidates already onboarded, who we feel would be a good match to your role.

By approaching all vacancies across these channels we are able to get the best outreach, leading to the best candidate for you.

Initial Telephone Screening

Following an application, we organise a telephone interview with a prospective candidate. Within this call, we access their skill set and experiences and how this matches to your job role. We ensure they have a basic understanding of your requirements and what is expected of them within your role.

We also use this as an opportunity to get an understanding of a candidate's attitude towards work and what other experiences they would be able to bring to a role, which may set them apart.

Registration and Face to Face Interview

Once we have completed a telephone interview, we invite candidates to complete their registration and a face to face interview; either in person or , depending on the candidates location, via online platforms.

Throughout this interview, we make further assessments of a candidates skills and provide specific details of the role in which they have applied.

By registering the candidate in person, we are also able to conduct relevant Right to Work checks and ensure we hold the correct documentation in line with employment laws. This includes a Health Declaration, and background checks such as Criminal Convictions; all which we obtain to ensure their fit to work within  your role / environment.

Skills Evaluation

Once a candidate is fully registered and compliant with Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd, we then send any eligible candidate profiles/ CVs over to you. Within this, we highlight their skills, experiences, qualifications and qualities matched against the provided specification.

We understand that a person's attributes are important to you and we will use this as a basis for sending any candidates details over to you, however, we also believe a person's attitude can make them an ideal candidate so we may also present candidates with a positive attitude and skills that adaptable to your role.

Interview / Placement

Depending on your recruitment requirement, there a few options available to you, whether that be interviewing the candidate for a permanent role or securing them for a trial for a temp to perm role.

We have successfully facilitated both options for all of our Clients and can adapt our service to match their needs. Orchard Professional Solutions manage all points of the interview process, ensuring all parties have the correct contact information , attendees and links if conducting a virtual interview.

For any temp to perm roles, we ensure that all details such as pay / charge rate, length of contracts, start dates etc, are confirmed with yourself before we confirm the candidate. Through the contract, we communicate with you regarding candidate feedback from the first day and throughout the assignment.

1st Day Free

Whilst we pride ourselves on finding the right candidate, you may find their skill set is not what you require.

If this is the case, then notify us before the end of their first day and you will not be charged and we will find a suitable replacement.

Open Book Pricing

We believe honesty is the best policy and that is why we offer Open - Book Pricing.

We can provide you with costs for all temp to perm, temporary contracts, showing deductions and margins

We offer a separate pricing structure for permanent vacancies

Induction Completion

Using our online system, candidates are able to complete your induction before they enter site saving you time and allowing them to get straight to work.

Before a candidate starts, you will receive a completed, signed induction allowing you to meet all health and safety regulations and requirements.
