  • How soon will I have work?
    This can vary significantly, and will depend on a variety of factors; what work you are looking for, your flexibility and your work preferences / availability. To ensure you're offered work within these options, please contact the team on 01482 862222 weekly with your current / updated availability and situation
  • What If I Don't Accept A Job I Am Offered?
    We pride ourselves on offering you positions we believe you will be interested in and where your experiences lie, which will be set during the registration process. You are under no obligation to accept any position that is offered to you. This will not have an impact on any future employment offered to you.
  • I Don't Like My Assignment, What Should I Do?
    Firstly, we hope that this isn't the case, however, if so, please contact a member of the recruitment team as soon as it's appropriate and we will advise on the next steps. You are under no obligation to stay at the assignment if you are unhappy, however, as per our Code of Conduct, you are a presentation of Orchard Professional Solutions and as such you should always conduct yourself in a professional and appropriate manner when on site and if you need to leave site
  • What Should I do If I Need To Leave?
    If you are working and need to leave Site, you must follow the correct Health and Safety / Fire Safety procedures. You must ensure that you notify your Manger / Production Manager / Shift Leader as to the reasons you have to leave site. You must also notify the agency of you leaving site and the reasons you are leaving. From here we will be able to assist you in any way we can. Leaving site without notifying your manager and Orchard Professional Solutions is against our protocols and can lead to you being dismissed from the Agency
  • Who Completes My Timesheets?
    Timesheets are completed by the Client on a weekly basis. These are sent out to them and returned to Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd by a Tuesday Morning at the latest. We will contact you with any queries obtaining / relating to your timesheet.
  • How / When Will I Get My Payslip?
    Your payslips will be sent to you electronically each week. You will receive these the day before you get paid. You will require a password to access your payslips - this will be provided to you before you receive your first payslip
  • When Will I Get Paid?
    Your Pay will be processed on a Thursday Afternoon and you will receive you pay on a Friday. You will be paid for any hours worked the previous week. This is a manual process so we ask for patience in receiving your pay. We guarantee that you will be paid by 12noon, so please wait until after this time to raising payment times.
  • My Payslip is Wrong, What Should I Do?
    If you think you have noticed an issue with your payslip, please call the office as soon as possible and one of the team will be able to assist further
  • I've Had A Call From Flo Payroll; Is This Legitimate?
    Orchard Professional Solutions use a third-party payroll company called Flo Payroll. They are working on behalf of Orchard Professional Solutions to ensure that your payment details are correct. They will also send you a contract to sign which is part of their on-boarding process.
