Role and Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is predominantly to ensure the day-to-day running of the logistics network and deliver outstanding customer service at every stage from initial enquiry and quotation request to project completion. This role involves the following:

• Liaise with the template and installation teams and drivers to schedule logistic arrangements as efficiently as possible

• Raise orders across multiple platforms applying diligence and efficiency.

• Implement a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Develop and maintain strong, productive working relationships with their retail partners to provide excellent customer service, in a responsive and effective way.

• Fastidious record keeping on the company's central production system, and the relevant systems of their retail partners

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience in logistics or customer services would be welcome but not essential

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision to accomplish team goals and objectives

• Must have a methodical and organised approach to work

• Impeccable attention to detail, particularly to numbers, spelling and dates

• Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to constant and challenging deadlines

• Must be able to build strong relationships at all levels, both across our business and with the personnel of the valued customer base
